Firstly we will arrange for  manager to come and meet you in your home (unless you prefer not to and instead just want to get started with cleaning). This is a great chance to get to know more about us and chat about your needs.

We hope you will be happy with the cleaner you are provided with, however you are not under any obligation and you may ask to have another. Your chosen cleaner will then become your regular service provider, giving you a personalised clean to keep on top of all your domestic duties.

This consistency allows the cleaner to get to know your home and needs, working with you to make any adjustments or improvements along the way. This includes all cleaning duties, tailored to your needs as instructed by you.

We are also here to help, should you have any questions or problems that you wish to discuss our office team are there to help you at any time.

All our cleaners are happy to securely hold your house keys, should you wish them to clean while you are out. Cleaners are all carefully selected, interviewed and vetted, plus the necessary insurance is in place for them to work in your home.

One off cleaning

This is a one-off spring clean, end of tenancy clean, pre-tenancy clean or deep clean We choose and provide a cleaner to undertake the cleaning you require, whether that's a thorough clean focusing on certain rooms or maybe a larger scale whole house clean.

The clean can be anything up to 8 hours depending on the size of your home and the tasks you want completing, ultimately you choose the hours to suit your budget. This service is great for those times where you need a deep clean (maybe after a party, moving into a new house or before the Christmas season).
